Roy's Drive-In Movie

We drove by Roy's Drive-In on the way to Custer State Park yesterday and said 'we have to

check that out.' Tonight we did. Friendly staff and lots of space to setup in front of your car. Thursday is the '$16 a car night' and some of the vehicles came packed with people. A few groups were tossing balls around before the show, everyone was enjoying the beautiful evening. When the movie was ready to start, most people pulled out chairs and blankets and settled in with a pizza from the concession stand.



We had just gone out for dinner (Outback - yum), so we got a tub of popcorn and some sodas. Since they have you tune into a specific radio station, the sound quality is great; it is your car speaker system.  We saw two movies: Alice Through the Looking Glass and Angry Birds.  It was a very good old fashion movie experience.
